Although we love our little sauna, it was not a smooth process! What we were most impressed with though was the excellent client service by James Mak. We ordered the sauna with Wifi and that we never got to work. We tried it all, James was there all the way sending videos, a new antenne, nothing worked, so after more then a month of trying, without hesitation, our wifi part of the money was refunded! Our sauna functions perfectly fine without it! A great buy!!

I use the saunasnet sauna 3-5 times per week. I noticed my skin on my face has a glow and have noticed a big improvement in post exercise recovery. Would definitely recommend this anyone.

We absolutely enjoy our sauna, even though the journey getting it set up wasn’t the easiest! What really stood out to us, however, was the outstanding support we received from James Mak. We had chosen the version with Bluetooth speakers, but unfortunately they never worked properly. We tried several adjustments, and James patiently guided us through every step with instructions and even replacement parts. In the end, it fixed the issue, The sauna itself works perfectly and delivers everything we hoped for. 

II've been using it for over 6 months and my skin has definitely improved. My complexion is clearer and my skin tone is much more even. Many people have noticed changes in my skin. It's not 100% perfect, but it's a huge improvement thanks to the Saunasnet sauna.

Assembly took a couple of hours, but everything was well labeled and fit perfectly. Once set up, the sauna exceeded expectations—it heats quickly, feels solid, and the wood quality is impressive. I use it almost daily and it has already improved my sleep and recovery after workouts. Customer service was also top-notch, always quick to respond to my emails. Very happy with this investment!
