• Delivery times vary depending on stock availability. If the model is in stock, dispatch can happen immediately after order confirmation. Production timeframes range between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the specific model and current manufacturing queue.
• Delivery: American-wide curbside delivery as standard
• Access: For difficult access properties, please be available on the day to assist our drivers.Alternatively, you can purchase our white-glove installation service for $2200 (which includes transporting the sauna from the curbside to your yard or upstairs).

We partner with trusted professional installers nationwide who can assemble and complete electrical work for an additional fee.
A qualified electrician is required for the installation. You must use a qualified electrician to advise and perform installation.

Requirements for installation

• Level, weight-bearing surface (concrete slab, deck or pavers)
• 5 cm clearance on sides and rear, 30 cm above roof
• Accessible power connection for reset and maintenance
• For tailored advice, speak with your Saunsnet consultant before installation.

Before First Use

• After installation, allow the sauna to run empty for 30–60 minutes
• Keep the door slightly open during the first heating cycle
• This helps remove any odor from new materials and ensures proper operation

Modifications & Repairs

• Do not modify electrical components or structure
• Unauthorized modifications may void the warranty
• If any parts appear damaged, do not install and contact customer support immediately

White Glove Installation (If Applicable)

• White Glove Service includes in-home delivery, assembly, and packaging removal
• Please ensure clear access pathways (hallways, doorways, stairs) before delivery
• Confirm ceiling height and door clearance in advance

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Our saunas are covered by a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the warranty includes:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Electrical or heating component failures not caused by misuse
• Issues occurring during normal, intended use of the product

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions
• Use of extension cords, power strips, or incorrect power supply
• Damage caused by water, moisture, or outdoor exposure (unless specified as outdoor-rated)
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Commercial or rental use, unless explicitly stated
• Cosmetic variations in wood grain, color, or natural characteristics

Warranty Conditions

• The sauna must be installed and used according to the instruction manual
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser
• Replacement parts may be new or refurbished at our discretion

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a warranty issue:

• Contact our support team with your order number
• Provide photos or videos showing the issue
• Our team will review and determine the appropriate solution

Solutions may include:

• Replacement parts
• Technical guidance
• Repair or replacement, at our discretion
• Warranty covers parts only, unless otherwise stated Labor, installation, and freight costs are not included
• White Glove or third-party installation services are not covered under warranty

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.
  
• If your order has already been shipped or prepared for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
  
• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [your support email].
  

2. Returns

Because our saunas are large, heavy, and shipped via freight, we do not accept returns due to personal preference, incorrect measurements, or change of mind.

However, we will gladly assist you if there is a problem with the product.

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

• The sauna arrives damaged
  
• You receive the wrong product or parts
  
• There is a manufacturing defect
  

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

1. Your order number
   
2. Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
   
3. A brief description of the problem
   

Note: Do not return the item without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• Please inspect your sauna immediately upon delivery.
  
• If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before installation.
  
• Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a refund.
  
• Normal wear and tear, improper installation, or misuse are not covered.
  

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  
• Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
  

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  
• If a return is approved for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping and related fees.
  

Please note: Freight return shipping for saunas can be expensive.

• Allow the sauna to preheat for 10–15 minutes before use.
• Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, or other medical concerns without consulting a physician.
• Keep children and pets away during operation.

• Heating time and maximum temperature may vary depending on room temperature and insulation.
• Infrared saunas heat the body directly and may feel different from traditional steam saunas.

🌿 Natural Wood Disclaimer

• Made from natural solid wood; color variations, knots, and grain patterns are normal and not considered defects.
• Wood may slightly expand or contract due to changes in temperature and humidity.

📦 Delivery Inspection Notes

• Customers must inspect the sauna within 7 days of delivery after opening the wooden crate.
• Any damage, water ingress, or abnormal condition must be reported to us promptly.
• Issues discovered after the 7-day inspection period may not be covered, as carrier liability cannot be confirmed beyond this timeframe.
