1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.
- If your order has already been shipped or prepared for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at saunasnet@gmail.com.
2. Returns
Because our saunas are large, heavy, and shipped via freight, we do not accept returns due to personal preference, incorrect measurements, or change of mind.
However, we will gladly assist you if there is a problem with the product.
You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:
- The sauna arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong product or parts
- There is a manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number

Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Note: Do not return the item without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your sauna immediately upon delivery.
- If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before installation.
- Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a refund.

Normal wear and tear, improper installation, or misuse are not covered.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If a return is approved for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any related freight fees.
Return Packaging Requirement
Due to the large size and weight of sauna products, the customer is responsible for properly repackaging the sauna for return shipment. All parts must be securely packed and placed back into the original wooden crate used for delivery.
If the original wooden crate is no longer available, the customer must arrange suitable packaging that provides equivalent protection for freight transportation. We reserve the right to refuse the return or charge additional handling and repackaging fees if the product is not properly packaged.
Return Preparation
Customers must fully disassemble the sauna and ensure all components are safely packed before the freight carrier arrives for pickup.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns for reasons other than product defects may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee due to the size and handling requirements of sauna products.
Important Notice
Products must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
