Refunds & Returns Policy
The following terms describe our refund and return process in detail. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through the SAUNASNET website means you agree to our policy.
1. You can cancel the order for free within 24 hours after placing the order and get a full refund.
2. If you cancel the order within 48 hours after placing the order, we will charge a 3.5% credit card transaction fee
3. 48 hours after placing the order, the sauna has been put into production. Due to the large size of the product and its purely handmade quality, we will charge a production fee of 10% of your order price.
4. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped out, we will charge round-trip shipping fee (specifically calculated based on the weight, volume and shipping address of your product) and 20% of the order amount as a cancellation fee.
5. After receiving the product, if you do not need it, or you accidentally bought the wrong product, or you are not satisfied with our product. If you need to return the product, you need to pay the round-trip shipping fee (specifically calculated based on the weight, volume and shipping address of your product) Please refer to the shipping address for specific calculation), we will also charge 20% of your order amount as a cancellation fee.
6.Please open the wooden box to inspect your product within 24 hours after receiving it. If a product is defective or damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the problem and correct it. If you find that the product is defective or missing accessories, please contact us within 24 hours and we will replace or reissue it for you free of charge. If it exceeds 24 hours, the product damage will be deemed to be caused by you, and you will need to purchase the required spare parts at your own expense.
Note: Please contact us before returning items. , if you return the goods privately without communication, you will be responsible for the resulting losses.
Return Period & Return Conditions
Our return period is 30 nature days, that is, from the day you receive the goods, you have 30 nature days to apply for a return. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the sauna in its original cartons and packaging if return is requested. The sauna must also be secured on the same crate prior to the freight company picking it up.
RETURN REQUEST
If a return is requested, the customer is responsible for providing 5-10 clear pictures or videos of the product. We need to judge whether the product is damaged and its current status based on these pictures or videos. In addition, we need 1-3 working days to inspect the goods after receiving the goods. After confirmation, we will refund the money to your original payment account. The specific time for you to receive your refund is determined by the payment company you use, and it generally takes 7-14 working days.
THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
- The product was bought on clearance sale and inventory sale.
- The product has been used or modified in any way.
- The product has been damaged and is no longer resalable.
- Products purchased in bulk
