Are barrel saunas easy to use?

Less energy is used to heat the room due to the efficient use of air space. Additionally, the thick red cedar wood slats are excellent insulators, keeping the exterior of the sauna cool even on top of the sauna.

Are barrel saunas good in winter?
Barrel saunas can be used all year round, including winter. It copes perfectly with its function even in a frost of 20 degrees. Thin walls are not an obstacle in this case. They save heat well and don't require insulating the room.

What do you put under a barrel sauna?
There are a variety of materials that can be used as a base for a barrel sauna, but the most popular materials include concrete slabs, flagstones, wooden platforms, brick pavers, and compressed gravel. If your barrel sauna takes place in your home, any floor type is suitable, but carpeting is not recommended.

How to maintain a barrel sauna?

Vacuum the sauna regularly to remove any dust or debris. Use a mild solution of baking soda and water as a cleaning solution.
Wipe off any sweat. Use warm water if necessary.
Vacuum up the dust.
Rinse the device gently, using a mild detergent if necessary.

How do you waterproof a bucket sauna?
We recommend sealing the interior of the sauna, especially the wooden benches, with a special waterproof sauna sealant. This water-based sealant does not emit exhaust gas even at high temperatures and does not discolor the interior of sauna wood like other stains. It is absorbed by wood as quickly as water.
